Family Portraits: Blake & Tara

When Tara approached me to do family portraits, I jumped at the opportunity. A creative herself, Tara wanted to stay clear of stuffy, posed portraits, and capture her family in a more organic style. The session was pleasure to shoot, and the energy in this family shows through in the photos. Thank you so much for allowing me to shoot with you!

Married: Blake & Amy

When I first met Blake and Amy, they shared with me that the most important thing about their wedding was celebrating with their friends and family. Once the big day arrived, it was clear that they achieved this goal.  It was evident how important each guest was to Blake and Amy, and each guest was full of love and best wishes for the couple in return.

Blake and Amy, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your day, and sharing this occasion with me - it was truly a pleasure.

Portrait Session: Nicole

One of the best things about having a photogenic friend who lives down the street, is the frequent last minute "hey, can you sit for me this weekend" requests. Nicole is always up for allowing me to shoot her, which makes for frequent and easy experimentation. Win win!

The Grape Witches

My friends Nicole and Krysta are wine experts here in Toronto, and have recently launched their next project, The Grape Witches. Their main mission is to educate and demystify wine, allowing everyone to make informed decisions about what they are drinking. I joined them for an amazing portrait session with lots of amazing conversation and of course, amazing wine.

Married: David and Rebecca

I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding to be invited to photograph, wrapping up my 2016 season. I spent the evening celebrating with Dave, Rebecca, Violet and a handful of their closest family members. The space was full of love, gratitude and celebration towards the couple, and everyone in attendance. It was an honour to be a part of and an event I will treasure.
